Service Description
Everything is constantly changing. There is no solid ground to stand upon. Thus, to reduce suffering, we may benefit from embracing groundlessness. It’s what Buddhist teacher Pema Chodron calls “goundlessness” — the feeling of no solid ground under our feet. This impermanence, which is a basic fact of life that we very often don’t want to accept is a great place to begin our practice. This is an invitation to bring you back into community and into your body; to help kickstart your at-home somatic and meditation practice. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner in need of a micro-discipline, this is for you. We will keep it simple and do 25 minutes of movement and 5 minutes of silence. Just have your mat ready at the beginning of session.
